Returns and Exchanges

If changes or revisions are necessary to an order, email us immediately and call Customer Service at --- --- ---- before the order has been processed/shipped. We will be glad to make changes for you. BEFORE INSTALLATION, immediately call --- --- ---- or email us via our "Contact Us” page no more than 21 days after delivery of your package if you have received incorrect or missing letters, numbers, or parts.

Exchanges are accepted within 21 days of your purchase date for another product of equal or lesser value. Store credit minus a 20% re-stocking fee will apply. Shipping and taxes are not included. Please include the order number on all correspondence. Please note that we do not issue refunds but provide store credit for future purchases.


. Item(s) must be returned within 21 days from the date of purchase in an unused, original condition. No return on damaged items.

. Customer Service authorization is required before exchanging items. Please call --- --- ---- or email us via our "Contact Us" page. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

. Used, applied, damaged, and altered decals are not accepted. Custom decals, lettering, monograms, names, and other special orders cannot be exchanged. All customized orders are final.

. Exchanges with store credit are issued once per customer. Exchanges due to dissatisfaction in product color or size are accepted once. A color chart must be ordered in advance if a customer is uncertain about a product color.

. For all exchanges, shipping fees both to and from, insurance, and tracking are the responsibility of the customer. Use of a carrier that provides insurance and tracking services is required. Prime Decals is not responsible for lost, damaged, or poorly packaged shipments and cannot accept freight collect. The tracking number on the exchanged product must be provided to Prime Decals as soon as it is shipped back.

. No exchange or store credit is issued on wrong quantity of orders or products returned without customer correspondence and tracking numbers.

. No store credit or exchanges due to customer error regarding installation on how to apply the decal(s) will be issued. For more information refer to our "Decal info." and "Installation" page, complete with instructions and videos.

. Allow 2 to 3 weeks for receipt and processing of exchanges.

. All discounted item sales are final and there will be no return /exchange on large orders that are verified.

. Non compliance with Prime Decals' store policy may result in decline of customer request for exchange.
