We ship daily via USPS. (United States Postal Service) We ship all orders from our factory in Sherman Oaks, CA, U.S.A. We do not drop ship from distributors. All P.O. boxes and APO are accepted. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for processing of your order. Processing times are subject to change without prior notice.
Most of our customers in the U.S. receive their orders within 3-7 business days. Customers outside the U.S. usually receive their orders within 7-21 business days after processing, in some cases longer due to country customs department and regulations.
Please note: Be advised that USPS does not guarantee the delivery of their First Class packages within 2-7 business days or Priority shipments within 2-3 business days.
Upgrades - Express Shipping:
If you need your order by a certain time, "Express Shipping", which guarantees the delivery of your package within 1-2 business days, is advised. Orders over $100 require extra processing time of 1-3 business days.
International Customs:
Prime Decals ships all over the world. First Class shipping to Canada is calculated automatically and starts at approximately $9.95. Our international shipping fee starts at about $14.95 for all other countries. Please be advised that tax and duty may be added per the regulations of international customs department.
If you are outside the continental United States and you have gone 3 weeks without receiving your order, in most cases, the local Post Office and/or country customs department has the package and may have additional regulations that require satisfaction before the release of the package. Due to heavy volume and certain country customs requirements, some packages make take up to 30 days to clear customs for delivery. Prime Decals does not have unlimited access to track, locate, or claim package(s) after 45 days. Please notify us immediately for further assistance. Losses:
If you have provided the processing department with an incorrect address or zip code, Prime Decals is not responsible for the location of your order. In most cases, improperly mailed orders will get shipped back to Prime Decals. It is the customer responsibility to follow up to see if we have or have not received your returned package. Additional shipping charges may apply.
